Abstract

Was ist Terrorismus? Was muß jemand tun oder planen, damit er zu Recht als Terrorist gilt? Kann man Terroristische Aktionen verstehen? Oder handelt, wer terroristisch agiert, per se irrational? Was ist es an Terroristischen Akten, was sie, wie es heißt: für uns alle" so verwerflich macht? Ist Terrorismus etwas an sich Böses? Oder sind Fälle zumindest denkbar, in denen terroristisches Handeln rechtfertigbar wäre? Und schließlich: Ist im Kampf gegen den Terrorismus alles erlaubt? Auch Gegen-Terror? Auch Krieg?
