EKRAN ÖNÜ ÇALIŞMALARINDA ERGONOMİ VE ANTROPOMETRİ

Abstract

The aim of the ergonomics designs is to achieve machine-human environment harmony. Like other working places, ergonomics adjustments are necessary for the harmony among computer units, computer user and working place. Every society has different antropometrics measures. It is impossible to change human antropometrics measures so the goods produced should be designed according to human dimensions and characteristics. In order to find out Turkish people's antropometric measures, 250 male adults were chosen at random in Ankara and 15 different antropometrics measures were found out. The average of these measures with their Standard deviation is 5%, 50% and 95% with the help of the previous studies on this subject, the important criterions, which must be taken into consideration for the preparation of ergonomics computer and the environment conditions, were established. The negative effects of study in front of a nonergonomics screen on human structure, physiology, and psychology were explained.
