Pemodelan matematis untuk desain komposisi beton mutu tinggi

Abstract

Pembuatan beton mutu tinggi yang menggunakan bahan-bahan yang tersedia di daerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya, dengan mempertimbangkan slump yang memadai untuk dapat diaplikasikan di lapangan, mulai diperlukan dalam dunia konstruksi. Melalui percobaan di laboratorium, campuran dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan berupa semen portland, silica fume, fly ash, agregat kasar dan agregat halus, serta superplasticizer, dihasilkan beton mutu tinggi dengan kuat tekan silinder antara 48 MPa ? 93 MPa pada umur 28 hari dan antara 53 MPa ? 105 MPa pada umur 56 hari. Melalui pengolahan data dengan analisa regresi berganda, diperoleh suatu model matematis untuk mendesain komposisi beton mutu tinggi, di mana faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kuat tekan beton adalah komposisi silica fume, selanjutnya komposisi semen portland, dan terakhir komposisi air dan fly ash.
