Construção de práticas educativas em saúde: hegemonia versus contra-hegemonia

Abstract

Objetivou-se analisar as práticas educativas em saúde na práxis da gestão municipal de saúde. Trata-se de Pesquisa social aplicada, qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, desenvolvida em um município localizado no Norte Central do estado do Paraná-Brasil. A coleta e análise dos dados ocorreu a partir de análise documental utilizando 47 documentos da gestão municipal, além de entrevistas realizadas com 16 gestores municipais. Utilizou-se como referencial teórico-analítico a teoria dialética e hegemônica de Gramsci. Seguiram-se todos os preceitos éticos vigentes. Como resultados, emergiram as categorias temáticas: 1) A hegemonia da práxis educativa em saúde é caracterizada por correntes tradicionais de gestão e educação; e 2) As práticas educativas em saúde contra hegemônicas: um caminho em construção. Identificou-se o desenvolvimento de práticas educativas hegemônicas, reforçadas por correntes tradicionais de gestão e educação, e contra hegemônicas, viabilizadas pelas novas políticas e reflexões dos profissionais.
