The textbook introduces various types of structural systems of buildings, individual structural elements, their characteristics and purpose. At the end there is a construction dictionary of terms used in the text. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying in the field of training "Construction", mastering the discipline "Fundamentals of architectural and construction design of buildings and structures". It is of interest to teachers of architectural and construction faculties.
