This is a report of a study of an “RC” Phase Shifting network to develop a constant phase difference over a broad frequency range. Two channels are used which give equal output voltages nearly independent of frequency, while their phase difference is approximately constant over the design range. Some interesting properties of this circuit will be demonstrated.
