Dynamic Reconfiguration of Distribution Network Containing Distributed Generation

Abstract

Distribution network reconfiguration is a method that change the network construction to obtain the optimal operation efficiency. This paper presents a comprehensive cost minimum distribution network dynamic reconfiguration model. Dynamic reconfiguration time intervals devided by set a comprehensive performance indicator, The globally researching capability of quantum parcitle swarm algorithm is adopted to find the optimal reconfiguration scenario, this article considered DGs output, time varying load, switch operation constraints and distributed generation in the process of dynamic reconfiguration. On the basis of IEEE 33-bus system's load data and the dynamic reconfiguration was carried out, The results indicate that the proposed method can reduce the power loss and operation cost effectively.
