The fuzzy comprehensive assessment on heavy metal pollution of farmland soil in Linzi

Abstract

The pollution evaluation on heavy metals of farmland soil in Linzi was conducted by applying the fuzzy comprehensive - weighted average model. 10 representative townships in Linzi were selected in this study, the contents of 7 kinds of heavy metals Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, As, Hg) in soil were determined separately, and then fuzzy comprehensive assessment was used according to the determination results. The results show that soil quality of Zhutai town and Qiling town was the worst, soil quality were all the grade III and preferred to the grade IV, the others were the grade I or the grade II. Pollution of Zn in 7 kinds of heavy metals was the most common, followed by As and Cr.
