Summary: We present a solvable singular quantum billiard which displays fully developed wave chaos. Its level statistics is investigated and proved to coincide with predictions of the Gaussian orthogonal ensemble of random matrices. The corresponding wave functions are shown to be well approximated by a Gaussian ransom variable.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 159 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
