High-sensitivity VLA observations of M51 at 6 cm wavelength with sub-arcsecond resolution have resolved the southern extra-nuclear cloud identified by Ford et al. [ApJ, 293, 132 (1985)]. These observations reveal a short (3-4"), sinuous jetlike feature connecting the weak nuclear radio source to a bright arcuate ridge of radio emission that dominates the cloud.
