GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION: In tropical areas of Central and South America (Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and Nicaragua) and the Caribbean (Grenada, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Vincent, Santo Domingo and Trinidad).
