
a b s t r a c t Antitachycardia pacing in patients with pacemakers helps to minimise the number of shocks received by the patients, due to being able terminate a very high proportion of sustained ventricular tachycardia episodes. A case of proarrhythmia associated with antitachycardia pacing is presented in a patient with discontinuous T wave oversensing.
