Abstract

Die Soft Skills machen ein Team erst wirklich zum Team. Doch immense Reibungsverluste wahrend der Implementierung verhindern eine wirksame Schulung dieser Fahigkeiten. Aufgrund der Vorurteile, Rollenklischees und anderer, negativer Erwartungen greifen die Teammitglieder nicht auf ihre sozialen Fahigkeiten, uber die sie als Potential eigentlich verfugen, zuruck. Was sie womoglich im privaten Bereich, im Umgang mit Freunden zum Beispiel umsetzen, wenden sie in der Zusammenarbeit im Team uberhaupt nicht an. Diese Ressourcen bleiben fur das Team dann ungenutzt.
