Darier’s disease is an uncommon, autosomal-dominant inherited disorder. It is characterized by greasy, hyperkeratotic, skin-colored, or yellowish-brown papules that show a characteristic dermatoscopic pattern which consists of a central yellowish-brownish area of different morphologies (“star-like,” branched, polygonal, or roundish-oval), generally surrounded by a whitish halo. Sometimes it is possible to appreciate dotted, linear, and/or irregular vessels, mainly located at the periphery of the lesions.
