
This paper concerns neutral Lotka-Volterra systems with bounded and unbounded delays. Under appropriate assumptions the uniform asymptotic stability for the zero solution of systems with bounded delay is proved. Sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of the zero solution in the case of delay unboundedness are obtained.
