Polar and azimuthal diagrams of the microhardness of yttrium single crystals are constructed. The polar diagram of the microhardness in the (112x) planes with the c axis is close in its form to an ellipsoid of rotation around the [0001] direction with axes 90 and 40 kg/mm2. The azimuthal anisotropy of microhardness in the (0001) and (1010) planes of single crystals with anisotropy coefficients of the second kind of 1.1 and 2.45 is found. The first kind anisotropy coefficients have a maximum of ≈ 1.6 in the (1020) and (110) planes. [Russian Text Ignored].
