Abstract

AbstractDie Siebung ist eine der ältesten Technologien zur Klassierung und Charakterisierung partikulärer Systeme und zählt noch immer zu den am weit verbreitetsten Methoden. Die Qualität und die Effizienz eines Siebvorganges und somit des Analysenergebnisses wird sowohl durch prozesstechnische Einflussgrößen als auch von produktspezifischen Eigenschaften des Aufgabegutes beeinflusst. Beim Einsatz einer Mehrdecksiebanlage oder eines Analysensiebturms beteiligen sich Siebe mit verschiedenen Maschenweiten zeitabhängig am Siebprozess. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden verschiedene partikuläre Materialien in einem Analysensiebturm untersucht. Die Siebzeit wurde variiert und die Partikelgrößenverteilung jeder Siebfraktion für jede Siebzeit ermittelt. Die Ergebnisse werden beispielhaft für Kalkstein und zerkleinerte Walnussschalen vorgestellt.
