The Concept of Russia: Evolution in Dina Rubina’s Works of the 1990s

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the Russian text representation in Dina Rubina’s post-soviet creative work, analyzing the shift from the author’s own to the other’s perception and evaluation of Russia and revealing the reflection of the process in the literary works in question through the peculiarities of auto- and hetero-stereotypes, the transformation of the Russian cultural conceptual sphere into cultural stereotypization.

Рассматривается своеобразие репрезентации «русского текста» в творчестве Д. Рубиной постсоветского периода; анализируется процесс перехода от точки зрения «своего» к точке зрения «чужого» в восприятии и оценке России и выявляется отражение этого процесса в текстах произведений через специфику трансляции авто- и гетеростереотипов, трансформацию русской культурной концептосферы в культурную стереотипизацию.
