KOMBUCHA MANTARININ FUNGUS MİSEL GELİŞİMİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract
The subject of this study, the effect of the extract of kombucha mushroom on the development of fungus mycelium is formed. For preparing Kombu mushroom extract; 60 g sugar and black tea were added to 1lt water and at this medium, the fermentation of Kombu mushroom was obtained. The obtaining extracts were added to potato dextrose agar as 0, 100, 150, 200cc. Prepared medium with agar mycelial agar discs of Polyporus versicolor and Morchella esculenta were inoculated. Polyporus versicolor at 30°C, Morchella esculenta at 23°C were developing for 1 week and mycelium growth were investigated.
