Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine if work family conflict affect to job performance and job stress. For this purpose, a three-scale questionnaire was prepared. First scale work family conflict experienced by employees, job performance in the second scale and the third scale measures job stress. The study was conducted on hotel management employees in the Western Black Sea provinces. The data obtained at the end of the study were transferred to the computer and analyzed with SPSS 22 packet program.
