Abstract
Since their inception, states have been trying to protect their vital interests and values more effectively, in which they are often impeded by other countries. At the same time, they seek to protect the internal order and security against the so-called internal enemy. Therefore, the states organize (national) security systems within their (state) systems, in which they form some specialized security entities. Among them, however, intelligence and security services are the ones that stand out, as the elite security entities.
