FUTURE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article updates the problem of professional training of future teachers; the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the key concepts of “training”, “professional training”, “future teacher’s professional training” have been theoretically investigated. The key characteristics of professional training and its role in the formation of readiness for professional activity have been determined. The aim of the article is theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of “future teacher’s professional training”, definition of its key characteristics and disclosure of the essence of this concept. In the context of the research problem, professional training is considered as a dynamic complex system, laid at the basis of the process of purposeful formation and development of professional competencies of an individual. It is important to note that professional training is both a dynamic process and a complex system aimed at the formation and development of professional competencies of an individual, which are necessary for successful professional activity. It has been determined that in the context of pedagogical activity, activities related to the development of professional and personal qualities, which determine its effectiveness and efficiency, are of particular importance. This allows us to consider “future teacher’s professional training” as a complex, dynamic system that includes the process of continuous formation and development of professional competencies, personal qualities, digital literacy, the ability to self- education and innovative activity. It is aimed at training teachers who are able to work effectively in the conditions of digital transformation of education, inclusive learning and focused on students’ personal development, the formation of civil society values and readiness for lifelong learning.

У статті актуалізується проблема професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя; теоретично досліджено наукові підходи вчених до тлумачення ключових понять «підготовки», «професійна підготовка», «професійна підготовка майбутнього вчителя». Метою статті є теоретичний аналіз дефініції «професійна підготовка майбутнього вчителя», визначення її ключових характеристик та розкриття сутності даного поняття.
