Introduction. Informational-psychological security is an indispensable attribute of the well-being of the individual of a serviceman. Providing the natural and social needs of the individual, it contributes to the formation of their confidence in the future. The authors of the article investigated the problem of informational-psychological security of the individual and its psychological protection in modern conditions. The theoretical foundations of the psychological mechanisms of informational influence are presented. A structural-functional model of informational-psychological security of the individual is proposed. Applied aspects of destructive informational influences on servicemen during military operations are considered. Purpose. The article is aimed at identifying negative manifestations of the influence of hybrid warfare of the modern information space on the human psyche and the formation of relevant proposals regarding the adoption of response measures by specially authorized state bodies to ensure informational-psychological security of the individual. Methods. Theoretical analysis of literary sources, synthesis, deduction. Originality. One of the key tasks of the modern state is to ensure the information security of the individual, the protection of his psyche from negative information influences, manipulation and disinformation. The article outlines the organizational and psychological conditions and principles on which the information and psychological security of the individual should be based. It is established that the problem of information security of society and the individual and their protection from negative information is achieved through the development of information stability, psychological hygiene and self-organization. Among the main criteria of information and psychological security in the subjective plan, the authors single out the resources of the individual, the level of its protection from information influence and the set of internal human factors. Conclusion. Information and psychological security of society in general and the individual in particular should become one of the main functions of public administration. We consider the following effective ways of counteracting the negative influence of information flows: 1) the formation of critical thinking regarding obtaining information from the outside world, acquiring skills in working with information; 2) joint discussions of the negative influence of information flows in order to acquire skills in analyzing various media texts; 3) obtaining and consolidating information security material, forming an idea of the impact of information flows on the human psyche; 4) special cycles of courses in depth psychology, general psychology, psychophysiology, political science, history, literature, philosophy; 5) wider introduction of academic disciplines in higher education institutions, the spectrum of attention of which will be paid to the topic of information and psychological influence. We consider the clarification of the features of the use of strategies and mechanisms of psychological protection against negative IPV of the population and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be promising areas of further research in order to ensure the ability of troops (forces) and the population to take effective action in conditions of enemy IPV.

Забезпечуючи природні та соціальні потреби особистості вона сприяє формуванню у них впевненості в майбутньому. Авторами статті досліджена проблема інформаційно-психологічної безпеки особистості та її психологічного захисту в сучасних умовах. Наведено теоретичні основи психологічних механізмів інформаційного впливу. Запропонована структурно-функціональна модель інформаційно-психологічної безпеки особистості. Розглянуті прикладні аспекти деструктивних інформаційних впливів на військовослужбовців під час воєнних дій.
