CONSULTING AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AT FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role of consulting activities in promoting the improvement of strategic management at foreign economic activity enterprises. It is found that strategic management provides an adaptive and flexible response to the influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors and ensures the effective and efficient functioning of the management system at foreign economic activity enterprises in the near future and creates the possibility of development and effective functioning of foreign economic activity enterprises in the long term. The main components of strategic management at foreign economic activity enterprises are determined. It is proved that strategic management contributes to ensuring the competitiveness of foreign economic activity enterprises, and one of the tools for achieving this goal is consulting. It is found that consultants use a wide range of strategic management tools, including monitoring, diagnostics, analysis, controlling and assessment of the effectiveness of economic activity, and also help foreign economic activity enterprises in creating and implementing strategic plans. The stages of consulting assistance regarding strategic planning of foreign economic operations at the enterprise are proposed. The main groups of principles that should be taken into account when organizing consulting activities regarding strategic management at an enterprise are identified. As a result of the conducted research, theoretical and practical aspects of consulting activities and strategic management at foreign economic activity enterprises are presented, which made it possible to determine the main parameters of this management activity and diagnose the specifics of its implementation to achieve planned indicators of the effectiveness of foreign economic operations at the enterprise. During the research, it was found that consulting tools, such as monitoring, diagnostics and evaluation, have a significant impact on the adaptation of the strategic management system at the enterprise. Consulting can be effective in developing strategies for the development of foreign economic activity at the enterprise, which allow maintaining the stability and competitiveness of the enterprise in crisis situations. The developed stages of consulting assistance regarding the strategic planning of foreign economic operations at the enterprise are a methodological basis for improving strategic management at enterprises that carry out foreign economic activity. The importance of implementing consulting tools in the strategic management of the enterprise will ensure an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of the enterprise's foreign economic activity.

Статтю присвячено дослідженню ролі консалтингової діяльності для сприяння удосконаленню стратегічного управління на підприємствах зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. З’ясовано, що стратегічне управління забезпечує адаптивну та гнучку реакція на вплив контрольованих і неконтрольованих факторів і забезпечується результативне й ефективне функціонування системи управління на підприємствах зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в найближчому періоді та створюються можливість розвитку й ефективного функціонування підприємств зовнішньоекономічної діяльності у довгостроковій перспективі. Визначені основні компоненти стратегічного управління на підприємствах зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Доведено, що стратегічне управління сприяє забезпеченню конкурентоспроможності підприємства зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, а одним із інструментів для досягнення даної мети є консалтинг. З’ясовано, що консультанти застосовують широкий спектр інструментів стратегічного управління, що включають моніторинг, діагностику, аналіз, контролінг та оцінку ефективності господарської діяльності, а також допомагають підприємствам зовнішньоекономічної діяльності у створенні та реалізації стратегічних планів. Запропоновано етапи консультаційної допомоги щодо стратегічного планування зовнішньоекономічних операцій на підприємстві. Визначені основні групи принципів, які доцільно враховувати при організації консалтингової діяльності щодо стратегічного управління на підприємстві.
