FORMATION OF SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHING STAFF IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract

В статье обоснована важность формирования социальной компетентности педагогов. Выяснено, что современному обществу нужны специалисты, которые умеют социализироваться в скоротечный социум, люди творческие, активные, конкурентоспособные, компетентные, способные к изменениям, с гибким критическим мышлением, способные осуществлять социально-педагогическое сопровождение социализации, формировать ключевые и предметные компетентности соискателей общего среднего образования и высшего образования.

У статті обґрунтовано важливість формування соціальної компетентності педагогів. З’ясовано, що сучасному суспільству потрібні фахівці, які вміють соціалізуватися у швидкоплинний соціум, люди творчі, активні, конкурентноспроможні, компетентні, здатні до змін, із гнучким критичним мисленням, спроможні здійснювати соціально-педагогічний супровід соціалізації, формувати ключові й предметні компетентності здобувачів загальної середньої освіти та вищої освіти.

The article substantiates the importance of forming the social competence of teachers. It was found that modern society needs specialists who know how to socialize in a fleeting society, people who are creative, active, competitive, competent, capable of change, with flexible critical thinking, to provide socio-pedagogical support of socialization, to form key and subject competencies of general secondary and higher education students.
