The Conceptual Model of Educational Management Process of the eEducational Institution Based on the Case Management

Abstract

The paper presents the structure of the conceptual model of the process of the educational institution based on the case management. On the base of case management author describes some educational needs of students and ways to support them in the educational process; describes essence of the concept ‘collaboration’ explains some similarities and distinctions between such terms as ‘collaboration’ and ‘cooperation’.

Разработана структура концептуальной модели управления образовательным процессом учебного заведения на основе кейс-менеджмента. Подробно описано потребности соискателей образования и пути поддержки студентов в образовательном процессе, в частности ведение случая. Раскрывается сущность понятия коллаборация, сходство и отличие его с такими терминами как сотрудничество и кооперация.

Розроблена структура концептуальної моделі управління освітнім процесом закладу освіти на основі кейс-менеджменту. Детально описані потреби здобувачів освіти та шляхи підтримки студентів в освітньому процесі, зокрема через ведення випадку. Розкривається сутність поняття колаборація, схожість та відмінність його з такими термінами як співпраця та кооперація.
