In the process of Ukraine's integration in to the European Union, the problem of ensuring the food security of the state, the basis of which is the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex, is acutely raised. Availability and quality of food products for the population are important indicators of the level of social and economic development of the country, but the agro-industrial complex provides proper food services to citizens only in the event of a sufficient level of financing. It is stated within the article, that in the context of the macroeconomic crisis, it is important for the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex to choose an economic strategy,which would involve an increase in innovation activity and contribute not only to a steady grow of quantitative indicators, but also to their qualitative raise. Only the strategy of innovative development can provide an update of the economic system of agricultural enterprises and increase the efficiency of their activities.In turn, ensuring the proper level of innovative development of the agro-industrial sphere will contribute to solving the problems of social and economic growth of the country as a whole. Existing methods and sources of funding for the strategy of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises, as the main condition for increasing their competitiveness and the possibility of achieving a high level of development, are revealed within the article. Based on determining the peculiarities of innovative activity of agro-industrial enterprises, peculiarities of financial support of the strategy of their innovative development are revealed. In addition, components of the financial support system for the strategy of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises are described within the article, the above mentioned include: self-financing (use of own funds of the enterprise);lending (using different types of loans);external financing (use of investment resources and public funding). The necessity of forming an optimal system of financial support for innovative transformations in the agro-industrial sphereis substantiated within the article. In addition, suggestions on the effective implementation of the strategy of innovative development of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are made,which imply the necessity of forming an effective legislative framework, aimed at supporting the state of innovation activity, formation of an appropriate financial mechanism for its stimulation and creation of conditions for attraction of investment resources for the renewal of agro-industrial enterprises and the development of high-tech agro-industrial production.

В статье раскрыта необходимость и значение формирования стратегии инновационного развития предприятий агропромышленного комплекса как главного условия повышения уровня их конкурентоспособности и возможности достижения высокого уровня развития. На основе определения особенностей инновационной деятельности предприятий АПК рассмотрены современные условия и проблемы ее реализации. Обоснована необходимость формирования оптимальной системы финансового обеспечения инновационных преобразований в агропромышленной сфере. Выделены особенности финансового обеспечения стратегии инновационного развития предприятий АПК и на основе классификации источников финансирования предоставлено их характеристику. Кроме этого, установлено, что, учитывая сложную структуру АПК, которая включает различные виды деятельности, необходимо использовать различные подходы к формированию финансового обеспечения разработки и внедрения инноваций.

У статті розкрито необхідність і значення формування стратегії інноваційного розвитку підприємств агропромислового комплексу як головної умови підвищення рівня їхньої конкурентоспроможності та можливості досягнення високого рівня розвитку. На основі визначення особливостей інноваційної діяльності підприємств АПК розглянуто сучасні умови та проблеми її реалізації. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування оптимальної системи фінансового забезпечення інноваційних перетворень в агропромисловій сфері. Виділені особливості фінансового забезпечення стра тегії інноваційного розвитку підприємств АПК та на основі класифікації джерел фінансування надано їх характеристику. Крім цього, визначено, що враховуючи складну структуру АПК, яка включає різноманітні види діяльності, необхідно використовувати різні підходи до формування фінансового забезпечення розробки та впровадження інновацій.
