FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ACTORS BY USING PSYCHOPHYSICAL TRAINING

Abstract

The article presents the problem of professional training of future actors by means of psychophysical training. The relevance of the problem lies in the fact that today’s needs require updating the professional training of future actors aimed at developing professionally important psychophysical qualities, forming acting skills using training. In the structure of the educational process of institutions of different accreditation levels that train future specialists in the specialty 026 Performing Arts, there are disciplines aimed at forming the actor’s skills: “Stage Speech”, “Actor’s Skill”, “Basics of Stage Movement”, “Music Literacy”, “Voice Training”, “Makeup”, “Stage Combat”, etc. A special place in this list belongs to the “Actor’s Training”, which allows the forming and developing the plastic culture of future actors. It has been established that the result of plastic education of future specialists in the specialty 026 Performing Arts is plastic culture, which is a sign of professional skill necessary for successful work on creating a full-fledged stage image. The article presents a set of principles that ensure the process of forming the plastic culture of future actors: principles that ensure the physiological block of training future actors; special principles of forming emotional and imaginative thinking; principles aimed at forming a stage image. Attention is focused on psychophysical training based on the “method of psychophysical actions”. The effectiveness of such training depends on the individual selection of exercises and techniques aimed at the formation and development of professional and personal qualities, skills and abilities of future actors. The purpose of psychophysical training for future actors is such physical training that would make it possible to carry out the process of transformation, reincarnation associated with mastering the role. It has been established that the constituent elements of psychophysical training are complexes of rhythmic gymnastics, plastic sketches, improvisation techniques, etc. Different types of plastic studies are presented: plastic studies for the development of vision, hearing, smell, touch; plastic studies for the development of various feelings and qualities; studies for the development of gestures, attention and visual memory; studies for composition and improvisation.

У статті висвітлено проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх акторів засобами психофізичного тренінгу. Актуальність проблеми вбачаємо у тому, що сьогодення потребує оновлення професійної підготовки майбутніх акторів, спрямованої на розвиток професійно важливих психофізичних якостей, формування акторської майстерності з використанням тренінгу. Встановлено, що результатом пластичного виховання майбутніх фахівців спеціальності 026 Сценічне мистецтво – це пластична культура, що є ознакою професійної майстерності. Представлено комплекс принципів, що забезпечують процес формування пластичної культури майбутніх акторів. Увагу зосереджено на психофізичному тренінгу, заснованому на “методі психофізичних дій”. Встановлено, що складовими елементами психофізичного тренінгу є комплекси ритмічної гімнастики, пластичні етюди, техніка імпровізації тощо.
