PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE INUKRAINE: RELEVANCE OF ISSUES REGARDING THE STANDARDS OF INTERNATIONAL LEVEL PROGRAM DOCUMENTS AND INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The publication contains results of the research of assurance of higher education quality within the field ofknowledge “Public administration and governance” in such areas as “program documents of international level” and“Ukraine’s obligations to other countries”. In accordance with these directions, there was made an analysis of thecontent of the UN program document “Transforming our world: The 2030 Agenda for sustainable development” andThe European Union–Ukraine Association Agreement (issues of the higher education quality) were analyzed. Thearticle contains recommendations and generalizations on the technology of using the content of internationaldocuments to justify the relevance of the research performed within the field of knowledge “Public administration andgovernance”.

Публікація присвячена проблематиці забезпечення якості вищої освіти у межах галузі знань «Публічне управління та адміністрування» за напрямами «програмні документи міжнародного рівня» та «зобов’язання України перед іншими державами». Авторами проаналізовано зміст програмного документу ООН «Перетворення нашого світу: порядок денний у сфері сталого розвитку до 2030 року» та Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Стаття містить рекомендації та узагальнення щодо технології використання змісту міжнародних документів для обґрунтування актуальності виконаного у межах галузі знань «Публічне управління та адміністрування» дослідження.
