The prospects for the formation of soft skills in social and emotional intelligence in the context of the effectiveness of human activity in the modern world are considered. The relevant scientific literature on the philosophical and educational understanding of the problem of “social and emotional intelligence” in the context of new requirements for emotional stability, adaptability of youth, deterioration of psychological well-being and emotional health in modern society is analyzed. A survey of military and civilian residents living and working during the war in Ukraine is conducted. The reflective, emotional aspects of the formation and development of social and emotional intelligence of future specialists in the social sphere in higher education are highlighted, taking into account global, European and Ukrainian trends and innovative pedagogical technologies. The results are presented in the form of recommendations on the need to form emotional intelligence skills as a central part of critical reflection on social work in the context of the pedagogical and psychological-emotional context of the modern era. The need for targeted formation of emotional intelligence as the basis of the professional culture of a social specialist, practical training and mentoring of future social workers is substantiated, since this determines the principles of responsibility, compassion, justice and ethical attitude towards people, which is critically important for effective and humane work with vulnerable groups of the population.

Розглянуто перспективи сформованості м’яких навичок зі соціального та емоційного інтелекту в контексті ефективності людської діяльності у сучасному світі. Проаналізовано відповідну наукову літературу щодо філософсько-освітнього розуміння проблеми “соціального та емоційного інтелекту” в контексті нових вимог до емоційної стійкості, адаптивності молоді, погіршення психологічного благополуччя та емоційного здоров’я в сучасному суспільстві. Проведено опитування військових та цивільних мешканців, які живуть і працюють під час війни в Україні. Висвітлено рефлексивні, емоційні аспекти формування та розвитку соціального та емоційного інтелекту майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери у ЗВО з урахуванням світових, європейських та українських тенденцій, інноваційних педагогічних технологій. Отримано результати, які представлено у вигляді рекомендацій щодо необхідності формування навичок емоційного інтелекту як центральної частини критичної рефлексії соціальної роботи у розрізі педагогічного та психологічно-емоційного контексту сучасної епохи. Обґрунтовано необхідність цілеспрямованого формування емоційного інтелекту як основи професійної культури соціального фахівця, практичної підготовки та наставництва майбутніх працівників соціальної сфери, оскільки це визначає принципи відповідальності, співчуття, справедливості та етичного ставлення до людей, що є критично важливим для ефективної та гуманної роботи з вразливими групами населення.
