Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of problem aspects of novation as a way of termination of obligations in terms of its legal nature and practical application.

Статья посвящена анализу проблемных аспектов новации как способа прекращения обязательств с точки зрения ее правовой природы и практического применения.

Статтю присвячено аналізу проблемних аспектів новації як способу припинення зобов’язань з огляду її правової природи та практичного застосування.
