In Ukraine, today, more and more challenges are emerging regarding the quality of the duties of guarding diplomatic missions. The personnel of the units for the protection of diplomatic missions of the National Guard of Ukraine in 2017 secured the safety of 77 embassies, 18 representative offices of international organizations, and carried out the task of the combat service. During their execution at the objects of the protection held mass protests, which were carried out trips of the next group of reinforcements. Consequently, the study of the role and place of military and military activity of the National Guard of Ukraine under such conditions is relevant. The purpose of the article is to carry out an analysis of ensuring the security of diplomatic missions, consular offices of foreign states, representations of international organizations in Ukraine, and the definition of relevant issues of military and military activities of the National Guard of Ukraine in this area. At present, local executive authorities (state administrations) are not fully complying with the requirements for the equipment of places of service of military uniforms for the protection of diplomatic missions (institutions) and no corresponding permissions for the installation of security guard posts are provided. In addition, there is a significant distance between protected The analysis of safety and security, as well as the characterization and appointment of diplomatic representations, consular offices of foreign states, representations of international organizations was carried out. The role, purpose and problematic issues of the activity of the units of the National Guard of Ukraine on the protection and security of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states, representations of international organizations are defined.

Здійснено аналіз забезпечення безпеки та охорони дипломатичних представництв, консульських установ іноземних держав, представництв міжнародних організацій, а також розглянуто їх характеристику та призначення. Визначено роль, призначення та проблемні питання діяльності підрозділів Національної гвардії України з охорони та забезпечення безпеки дипломатичних представництв і консульських установ іноземних держав, представництв міжнародних організацій.
