Abstract

In the article the marketing research of conditions of introduction of a new service in the field of passenger service on the railway transport is presented, the organizational aspects of its providing on the base of application of logistic principles of management by stream processes are determined.

В статье приведено маркетинговое исследование условий введения новой услуги в сфере сервисного обслуживания пассажиров на железнодорожном транспорте, определены организационные аспекты ее обеспечения на базе применения логистических принципов управления потоковыми процессами.

У статті наведено маркетингове дослідження умов введення нової послуги у сфері сервісного обслуговування пасажирів на залізничному транспорті, визначені організаційні аспекти її забезпечення на базі застосування логістичних принципів управління потоковими процесами.
