Features of the interrogation of accused during investigation of murder, hidden live performances

Abstract

Consider the concept of the interrogation of accused, remedial order and some tactical features resistance management investigators during interrogation in the murder investigation, hidden live performances. Particular attention is given to the stages of interrogation preparation, and to need for a system of tactics usage, depending on the psychological characteristics of the accused.

Рассмотрены понятия допроса обвиняемого, процессуальный порядок и некоторые тактические особенности преодоления противодействия следствию в процессе допроса при расследовании убийств, скрытых инсценировками. Особое внимание уделено этапам подготовки к допросу и необходимости использования системы тактических приемов в зависимости от психологических особенностей обвиняемого.

Розглянуто поняття допиту обвинуваченого, процесуальний порядок і деякі тактичні особливості подолання протидії слідству у процесі допиту при розслідуванні вбивств, прихованих інсценуваннями. Особливу увагу приділено етапам підготовки до допиту і необхідності використання системи тактичних прийомів залежно від психологічних особливостей обвинуваченого.
