THE FITNESS OF CN AND VG DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER MUTANTS IN THE DYNAMICS OF THEIR GENOTYPES SUBSTITUTION

Abstract

It has been investigated fitness and gene-enzymic ADH system of cn and vg mutants, which differ in allele control of ferment. For discovery of the role of marker mutations in the formation of features under research of Drosophila melanogaster, it was carried out the saturation of mutants’ cn(Adhs) и vg(AdhF) genotypes with genes of wild types flies C-S(Adhs) and D(AdhF). The analysis of backcross descendents in 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th of generations saturating crossings showed the influence both marker mutations and gene-type in the whole on functional ADH activity and fitness of Drosophila.

Изучали приспособленность и ген-энзимную систему АДГ у мутантов сп и vg, различающихся по аллельному контролю фермента. Для выявления роли маркерных мутаций в формировании исследуемых признаков Drosophila melanogaster проводили насыщение генотипов мутантов cn(Adhs) и vgfAdAr) генами мух дикого типа CS(Adhs) и D(AdhF). Анализ потомков беккроссов в 5-м, 10-м, 15-м и 20-м поколениях насыщающих скрещиваний показал влияние как маркерных мутаций, так и генотипа в целом на функциональную активность АДГ и приспособленность дрозофилы.

Вивчали пристосованість і ген-ензимну систему АДГ у мутантів сп і vg, що розрізняються за алельним контролем ферменту. Для виявлення ролі маркерних мутацій у формуванні досліджуваних ознак Drosophila melanogaster провадили насичення генотипів мутантів cn(Adhs) і vg(AdhF) генами мух дикого типу C-S(Adhs) і D(AdhF). Аналіз нащадків бекросів у 5-му, 10-му, 15-му і 20-му поколіннях насичуючих схрещувань показав вплив як маркерних мутацій, так і генотипу в цілому на функціональну активність АДГ і пристосованість дрозофіли.
