LEGAL PERSONALITIES AS SUBJECTS OF A CRIME

Abstract

Гармонізація вітчизняного законодавства, прагнення України ввійти до світової спільноти піднімають проблемне питання про можливість закріплення інституту кримінальної відповідальності юридичних осіб. Особливості національної правової системи вимагають ретельного дослідження питання про законодавче закріплення кримінальної відповідальності юридичних осіб у вітчизняному законодавстві.

Проанализированы некоторые проблемные аспекты вопроса о возможности закрепления института уголовной ответственности юридических лиц в законодательстве Украины. Проведен сравнительный анализ с подобными правовыми нормами в законодательствах зарубежных государств. Предлагаются возможные пути разрешения указанного вопроса.
