Modeling of information and communication process complex social systems

Modeling of information and communication process complex social systems

Abstract

This paper analyzes the theoretical bases of modeling information and communication process complex social systems, which is important for reflection feedbacks single social organism. The analysis purports to determine the nature of information analytics tasks which are both information- structural and informational support functions aimed at organizing information and communication process; identify areas of information paradigm infosphere and Information, which are important for modeling the information and communication process complex social systems; Methodological basis of information and communication process complex social systems; date of analysis for communication in complex social systems as a process necessary for any administrative action for which important information modeling process. The article observed that information analyst ought to help you to build information and communication process , tasks which are both information- structural and informational support functions aimed at organizing information and communication process, optimizing traffic information processes , saving the accumulated information resources , troubleshooting number of other tasks. The essence of the infosphere is revealed through a set of information processes as a result of a particular human activity, its ability to actively and purposefully respond to information coming constantly expanding area of perception, production and transfer of knowledge. It reveals that the implementation of communications in complex social systems - a process necessary for any management action, so important information modeling process. Work in this direction is found with some objective difficulties, so that information and communication system being artificially formed are not always able to adequately transmit a signal over a communication channel from the source to the consumer and to ensure accurate decoding (decoding) that the recipient had identical idea about rising object. The analysis that when modeling information and communication process, that the information sharing between the elements of the system, it is important to emphasize the circulation and transmission of information through the adequate type of channel signal type. Given the current level of the feasibility of this task is endless. Determined that modern information and communication process is unstable, changeable phenomenon that is as follows: 1) co-exist in the process turned to each other subjects and objects in the context of procedural , speakers, incompleteness ; 2) managerial personnel fail to explain the causal ties information and communication process itself ; 3) communication noise and affect the communication entropy " audiovisual landscape" complex social system. This more analytical tasks solved mode direct information modeling and monitoring the management sphere. Therefore, without proper attention to the development of the information society to realize the idea of building a unified information and communication process complex social systems is impossible. It is concluded that the confirmation of our hypothesis that in modern conditions has not disclosed the role of communication in the information flow structures , which have the effect of globalization , not theory formed a single coherent information and communication process with a high degree of generalization that has a high potential, not yet discovered in modern conditions of state.
