It is noted that the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale war in Ukraine have shown how digitalization helps to make various services available even in crisis and emergency situations. These processes did not bypass the sphere of cross-border cooperation. The article presents the results of the analysis of the concept of «digitalization», different approaches to the use of terminology in Ukraine and abroad, the impact of information technologies on cross-border cooperation is clarified. The experience of concluding agreements on cooperation and partnership with other educational, scientific, and research institutions, as well as with other participants of cross-border cooperation, was analyzed. Cooperation is carried out for the implementation of educational and scientific projects, academic mobility, cross-border research, joint events, information exchange, etc. An analysis of implemented projects that take into account digitization changes within the framework of two programs «Hungary-Slovakia- Romania-Ukraine ENPI Cross-border Cooperation Program 2007-2013» and «Hungary-Slovakia- Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Program 2014-2020» was carried out. The analysis of four competitions held within the framework of the programs «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI Cross­border Cooperation Program 2007-2013» and «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Program 2014-2020» showed positive dynamics, in the first program there was 2 projects were supported with the participation of the university, and 15 projects were supported under the second Program for three competitions (the first competition - 0 projects, the second competition - 9 projects, the third competition - 6 projects). A meaningful analysis of projects with the participation of universities was carried out, which showed that digitalization still creates conditions for their proper organizational and technical support. The use of various digital tools, including platforms and services for online collective communication, holding seminars and other events, made it possible to successfully implement the specified projects. At the same time, no project was aimed at the development of digital technologies in the field of cross-border cooperation. Proposals for the development of digitalization of cross-border cooperation in the aspect of guaranteeing security are offered.

Зазначено, пандемія COVID-19, а згодам повномасштабна війна в Україні показали наскіль­кицифровізації допомагає різні послуги зробити доступними навіть в умовах криз та надзвичай­них ситуацій. Ці процеси не оминули і сферу транскордонної співпраці. Отже, у рамках статті представлено резуль­татианалізу поняття «цифровізації», різні під­ходи в Україні та закордоном до застосування термінології, з’ясовано вплив інформаційних технологій на транскордонну співпрацю. Про­аналізовано досвід укладення договорів про співробітництво та партнерство із іншими на­вчальними, науковими, дослідними установами, а також з іншими учасниками транскордонного співробітництва. Співпраця здійснюється для реалізації освітніх та наукових проектів, акаде­мічної мобільності, проведення транскордонних досліджень, спільних заходів, обміну інформа­цією тощо. Здійснено аналіз реалізованих проєктів, які враховують цифровізаційні зміни у рамках двох програм «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007­2013»та «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020». Проведений аналіз чотирьох конкурсів проведених у рамках програм «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007­2013»та «Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020» показав по­зитивнудинаміку, у першій програмі було під­тримано2 проекти за участі університету, а по другій Програмі за три конкурси - 15 проектів (перший конкурс - 0 проектів, другий конкурс - 9 проектів, третій конкурс - 6 проектів). Здійснено змістовний аналіз проектів за уча­сті університетів, який показав, що цифровізація поки створює умови для їх належної орга­нізаційної та технічної підтримки. Використан­нярізних цифрових інструментів, у тому числі платформ та сервісів для он-лайн колективно­госпілкування, проведення семінарів та інших заходів дозволило успішно реалізувати вказані проекти. Водночас жоден проект не був спрямо­ваний на розвиток цифрових технологій у сфері транскордонної співпраці. Запропоновано пропозиції до розвитку циф- ровізації транскордонного співробітництва у ас­пекті гарантування безпеки.
