METHODOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCE AMONG FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Introduction. The article provides guidelines for the formation of organizational competence of future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Based on the results of the dissertation research on the formation of organizational competence among future specialists in physical culture and sports, elucidation of the essence, content and structure of their organizational competence, substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for its formation, development of a pedagogical model and methodology for its formation, substantiation and definition of diagnostic tools, implementation pedagogical conditions in the educational process of the university and obtaining the results of an experimental study (the significance of the results obtained is statistically confirmed), it is possible to formulate methodological recommendations for the subjects of the educational process to introduce the results of the study into the system of higher military education. The purpose of the article is to provide methodological recommendations to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers regarding the effective formation of organizational competence among future specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Methods. A system of theoretical research methods was used to achieve the goal and solve the tasks: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization. The result is substantiated, systematized and generalized methodological recommendations for the formation of organizational competence among future officers - specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Conclusions. Adherence to the methodological recommendations developed by us by scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers will contribute, in our opinion, to a more purposeful and contextual formation of the organizational competence of future officers - specialists in physical culture and sports, thereby allowing them to perform their functional duties qualitatively in the process of carrying out military professional and organizational activities.

У статті наведено методичні рекомендації щодо формування організаційної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців із фізичної культури і спорту Збройних Сил України. На основі отриманих результатів дисертаційного дослідження щодо формування організаційної компетентності у майбутніх фахівців із фізичної культури і спорту, з’ясування сутності, змісту і структури їх організаційної компетентності, обґрунтування педагогічних умов її формування, розроблення педагогічної моделі та методики її формування, обґрунтування і визначення діагностувального інструментарію, впровадження педагогічних умов в освітній процес ВВНЗ та отримання результатів експериментального дослідження (статистично підтверджено значущість отриманих результатів) можна сформулювати методичні рекомендації суб’єктам освітнього процесу щодо впровадження результатів дослідження в систему вищої військової освіти
