Chronostructure of the activity indices of the pituitary-thyroid axis and the concentration of cholesterin in hypopinealism as biomarker of premature aging

Abstract

The authors have studied on young pubertal male rabbits group regularities of the time organization and the dynamics of changes of the parameters of the indices of the hormonal activity in the pituitary-thyroid axis and the concentration of total cholesterin in hypopinealism induced by a prolonged 24-hour lighting, resulting in chronic desynchronism which cannot be restored completely via a return of the experimental animals under the conditions of natural lighting conditions. Changes revealed in the chronostructure of these particular indices may be used as a marker of premature aging.

На молодых половозрелых кроликах-самцах изучены групповые закономерности временной организации, а также динамика параметров показателей гормональной активности гипофизарно-тиреоидной системы и концентрации общего холестерина при гипопинеализме. Установлено, что длительное круглосуточное освещение приводит к хроническому десинхронозу, который невозможно полностью восстановить путем возвращения кроликов с гипопинеализмом в условия естественного светового режима. Выявленные изменения хроностуктуры данных показателей могут быть использованы как маркер преждевременного старения.

На молодих статевозрілих самцях кролів вивчені групові закономірності часової організації та динаміка змін параметрів показників гормональної активності гіпофізарно-тиреоїдної системи та концентрації загального холестерину при гіпопінеалізмі, індукованому тривалим цілодобовим освітленням, що призводить до хронічного десинхронозу, який вже неможливо цілком відновити шляхом повернення дослідних тварин в умови природного світлового режиму. Виявлені зміни хроноструктури даних показників можливо використовувати як маркер передчасного старіння.
