The article conceptualises the discipline of Project Management as a key component of the modern educational and management process. The purpose of the article is to conceptualise the discipline of Project Management in the context of modern challenges, as well as to identify key concepts and categories that form the methodological basis for effective and innovative project activities. The focus is on analysing foreign experience, adapting it to Ukrainian realities, and revealing the practical importance of project management for sustainable development, digital transformation, educational processes, and post-war reconstruction of the country. The article is aimed at developing new approaches to teaching the discipline, forming a modern conceptual framework, and finding ways to integrate innovations into project activities. Research objectives: 1) to analyse the key concepts and categories of the discipline ‘Project Management’; 2) to find out the global practice of developing modern project management approaches and its adaptation to Ukraine; 3) to substantiate the innovativeness of project activities in the context of new challenges. The basic concepts, categories and approaches that form the content of project management in the context of globalisation, digital transformation and post-war reconstruction are considered. Foreign experience, in particular leading methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2), is analysed and ways to adapt them to the Ukrainian context are outlined. Special attention is paid to the innovation of project activities, their practical importance for sustainable development, educational modernisation and public administration. The author proposes a clarified conceptual apparatus of the discipline and identifies problematic aspects that require further research. In today's context, project management is emerging not only as an applied discipline, but also as an interdisciplinary concept that combines knowledge of management, innovation, digital technologies, humanities, and global governance. The analysis of key concepts and categories allowed us to deepen our understanding of the structure of project activity, its methodological foundations and practical value. The relevance of further research lies in the need to adapt global standards to the local context, develop methods of teaching the discipline, and introduce effective digital management tools.

У статті здійснено концептуалізацію дисципліни «Управління проєктами» як ключової складової сучасного освітнього та управлінського процесу. Метою статті є концептуальне осмислення дисципліни «Управління проєктами» в контексті сучасних викликів, а також виявлення ключових понять і категорій, які формують методологічне підґрунтя ефективної та інноваційної проєктної діяльності. У фокусі – аналіз іноземного досвіду, його адаптація до українських реалій, розкриття практичного значення управління проєктами для сталого розвитку, цифрової трансформації, освітніх процесів, післявоєнного відновлення країни. Стаття спрямована на вироблення нових підходів до викладання дисципліни, формування сучасного понятійного апарату та пошуку шляхів інтеграції інновацій у проєктну діяльність. Завдання дослідження: 1) проаналізувати ключові поняття та категорії дисципліни «Управління проектами»; 2) з’ясувати світову практику розробки сучасних підходів управління проєктами та її адаптація до України; 3) обгрунтувати інноваційність проєктної діяльності у контексті нових викликів. Розглянуто основні поняття, категорії та підходи, що формують зміст проєктного менеджменту в умовах глобалізації, цифрової трансформації та післявоєнного відновлення. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід, зокрема провідні методології (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2), та окреслено шляхи їх адаптації до українського контексту. Окрему увагу приділено інноваційності проєктної діяльності, її практичному значенню для сталого розвитку, освітньої модернізації та державного управління. Запропоновано уточнений понятійний апарат дисципліни та виокремлено проблемні аспекти, які потребують подальших наукових досліджень. Управління проєктами у сучасних умовах постає не лише як прикладна дисципліна, а як міждисциплінарна концепція, що поєднує знання з менеджменту, інновацій, цифрових технологій, гуманітаристики та глобального управління. Аналіз ключових понять і категорій дозволив поглибити розуміння структури проєктної діяльності, її методологічних засад і практичної цінності. Актуальність подальших досліджень полягає у необхідності адаптації світових стандартів до локального контексту, розвитку методів викладання дисципліни, а також впровадження ефективних цифрових інструментів управління.
