ANTIINFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY OF NEW COORDINATING COMPOUND OF GERMANIUM WITH ISONICOTINIC ACID HYDRAZIDE

Abstract

Изучено влияние координационного соединения германия с гидразидом изоникотиновой кислоты (GеСL 4*4ГИНК) и его лиганда гидразида изоникотиновой кислоты (ГИНК) на антиэксудативную активность. Показано, что соединение GеСL 4*4ГИНК обладает наиболее выраженной противовоспалительной активностью через 90 мин после введения зимозана. Высказано предположение, что соединение GеСL 4*4ГИНК при воспалительном процессе является ингибитором липоксигеназного пути превращения арахидоновой кислоты. Что касается ГИНК, то данное вещество значительного фармакологичного эффекта не показало.

Вивчено вплив координаційної сполуки германію з гідразидом ізонікотинової кислоти (GеСL4*4ГІНК) та його ліганду - гідразиду ізонікотинової кислоти (ГІНК) на антиексудативну активність. Показано, що сполука GеСL 4*4ГІНК володіє найбільш вираженою протизапальною активністю через 90 хв. після введення зимозану. Висловлено припущення, що сполука GеСL 4*4ГІНК при запальному процесі є інгібітором ліпоксигеназного шляху перетворення арахідонової кислоти. Що стосується ГІНК, то дана речовина значного фармакологічного ефекту не виявила.

The influence of coordinating compound of Germanium with isonicotinic acid hydrazide on the anti-exudative activity has been studied. It was shown that the combination of Germanium with isonicotinic acid hydrazide had the most expressed activity in 90 min after introduction of zymosan. It is supposed that the compound of Germanium with isonicotinic acid hydrazide at inflammation is an inhibitor of lipoxygenase pathway of arachidonic acid cascade.
