The complication of management problems in conditions of digitalization is proved by the hybridization of forms of technical and social feedback regulation, as it is considered from two positions: the concept of "smart regulation" oriented towards digital control, and the concept of "smart management" which differs in social orientation. Узагальнено особливості сучасного етапу цифровізації економічних і соціальних процесів, форми організації цифрового простору, вісвітлено варіанти зайнятості робочої сили, яка вивілняється під впливом впровадження цифрових технологій, перспективи соціальних змін Наукова новизна. Узагальнено ообливості прискоренного впроваждення технологій штучного інтелекту, визначено передові способи організації та стандартизації онлайн-процесів, виявлено соціально-економічні особливості організації ринку праці за умов вивільнення робочої сили, доведено необхідність адаптації суспільно-економічних відносин до вимог цифрового розвитку.
