Abstract

The exact forecast of the future and choice of a real way to a sustainable development are possible only on the basis of new concepts: nootechnologies, nooecology, noosociety, noodevelopment, foresight etc. On an example of solar power it is proved, that the newest scientific achievements are sufficient for the decision of power and other problems of mankind. A problem of secondary and the higher school is preparation of scientists of the highest qualification

Точный прогноз будущего и выбор реального пути к устойчивому развитию возможны только на основе новых понятий: ноотехнологии, нооэкология, ноообщество, нооразвитие, форсайт и др. На примере солнечной энергетики доказано, что новейшие научные достижения достаточны для решения энергетических и других проблем человечества. Задачей средней и высшей школы является подготовка ученых высочайшей квалификации

Точний прогноз майбутнього і вибір реального шляху до сталого розвитку можливі тільки на основі нових понять: ноотехнології, нооекологія, ноосуспільство, ноорозвиток, форсайт та ін. На прикладі сонячної енергетики доведено, що новітні наукові досягнення достатні для вирішення енергетичних та інших проблем людства. Завданням середньої і вищої школи є підготовка науковців найвищої кваліфікації.
