L’article présente une analyse de la mise en œuvre du plan directeur de la ville de Bichkek, élaboré en 2006, et décrit les problèmes de mise en œuvre et de réglementation de l’urbanisme du développement urbain, qui se reflètent dans les plans et les illustrations. L’analyse urbaine effectuée reflète clairement le degré de mise en œuvre du plan directeur de la ville de Bichkek. L’histoire de la formation de la ville de Bichkek depuis sa fondation est décrite, tout comme les problèmes urbains modernes auxquels elle est confrontée : infrastructures de transport et d’ingénierie, problèmes de planification, aménagement paysager, problèmes de logement.

The article presents an analysis of the implementation of the Master plan of the city of Bishkek, developed in 2006, and describes the problems of implementing and regulating urban planning of Urban Development, which are reflected in the plans and illustrations. The urban analysis carried out clearly reflects the degree of implementation of the Master plan of the city of Bishkek. The history of the formation of the city of Bishkek since its foundation is described, as are the modern urban problems that it faces: transport and engineering infrastructure, planning problems, landscape design, housing problems.

В статье представлен анализ реализации генерального плана города Бишкек, разработанного в 2006 году, описываются проблемы реализации и градостроительного регулирования развития города, которые отражены в схемах и фотоматериале. Проведенный градостроительный анализ ярко отражает степень реализации генерального плана города Бишкек на 2018 год. Описана история становления города Бишкек со времени основания и современные городские проблемы транспортной и инженерной инфраструктуры, планировочные проблемы, проблемы благоустройства, озеленения, строительства жилых кварталов.
