Abstract

The article considers existing deficiencies in information and communication competency of teachers, the employers’ requirements to the level of competencies of university graduates and the current state of scientific research in this field. The article also describes the model of developing the professional information and communication competence of the higher education linguist teacher in the paradigm of the electronic educational environment of the podosphere.

Статья рассматривает существующие дефициты информационно-коммуникационной компетентности преподавателей высшей школы, требования работодателей к уровню развития компетенций выпускников вузов и современное состояние научных исследований в данной области. В статье также описывается разрабатываемая модель профессиональной информационно-коммуникационной компетентности преподавателя-лингвиста высшей школы в парадигме электронной образовательной среды подосферы.
