Обоснование правовой модели религиозного образования в Российской Федерации

Abstract

The dialogue between the state and religion through the prism of constitutional values is manifested in educational policy. All this substantiates the importance of legal issues related to the entry of religion into the educational space, and increases the relevance of developing a legal model of religious education in the public space of Russia.

Диалог государства и религии через призму конституционных ценностей проявляется в образовательной политике. Все это обосновывает значимость вопросов правового характера, связанных с вхождением религии в образовательное пространство, и повышает актуальность разработки правовой модели религиозного образования в публичном пространстве России.
