Abstract

В статье рассмотрены наиболее эффективные варианты развития заброшенных прибрежных территорий в малых городах, на основании которых авторами статьи предлагается собственная концепция реновации части территории набережной реки Арамиль, а также разработка выбранного проекта в специальном программном обеспечении с использованием технологий информационного моделирования (ТИМ) в строительстве. Обосновывается актуальность применения данного современного подхода для предварительной оценки всех преимуществ и недостатков концепций реновации территорий на стадии их проектирования, визуализации и обоснования с точки зрения строительных норм и правил перед реализацией. Также в рамках проекта приведено функциональное зонирование территории, подлежащей благоустройству.

The article discusses the most effective options for the development of abandoned coastal areas in small towns, based on which the authors propose their own concept for the renovation of part of the embankment area of the Aramil River. Additionally, the chosen project is developed using specialized software and information modeling technologies (BIM) in construction. The relevance of applying this modern approach is justified for the preliminary assessment of all advantages and disadvantages of the renovation concepts during the design, visualization, and justification stages from the perspective of construction regulations and standards before implementation. The project also includes functional zoning of the area to be improved.
