Abstract

В учебном пособии через призму типологии культур, межличностного восприятия и взаимодействия рассматриваются базовые вопросы стратегии, тактики и технологии ведения переговоров, включая аргументационные методы и приемы, особенности национальных стилей ведения переговорного процесса. Учебное пособие предназначено для широкого круга читателей, интересующихся особенностями подготовки и проведения переговоров, и будет полезно для студентов и магистрантов, обучающихся по укрупненной группе специальностей и направлений подготовки 38.00.00 «Экономика и управление».
