Abstract

The article deals with the issues of attracting student assets to volunteer activities for the organization of sports mega-events. The results of the study of the satisfaction of volunteers of the World Student Games 2023 with the training program are analyzed. The experience of the Ural Federal University in the issue of student sports events is given.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы привлечения студенческого актива в волонтерскую деятельность по организации спортивных мегасобытий. Проанализированы результаты исследования удовлетворенности волонтеров Всемирных студенческих игр 2023 программой обучения. Приведен опыт проведения мероприятий студенческого спорта Уральским федеральным университетом.
